Linkage Groups

Work together. Shape local decisions. Linkage Groups are where members come together around shared interests to discuss issues, set priorities, and influence local decision-making.

PPN Handbook

Understand how the PPN works. The PPN Handbook is your guide to how the network operates — from how decisions are made to how members and representatives take part.

Public Participation Network South Dublin County

A shared voice for community groups in South Dublin County

South Dublin County Public Participation Network (SDC PPN) brings together community, voluntary, social inclusion and environmental groups from across South Dublin County.

We support groups to have a voice in the decisions that affect their communities. This includes creating opportunities to take part in consultations, share views and experiences, and be represented on local decision-making structures.

The PPN also provides space for groups to connect, learn and grow. We support this through training and development, shared learning, and by acting as an information hub — keeping communities informed about local issues, news, events, funding, resources and opportunities.

Membership of the PPN is free and open to community groups and not-for-profit organisations that are active in South Dublin County and work for the benefit of their community, across a wide range of interests, priorities and causes.
