Creative Ireland which is the Government’s Legacy Programme for Ireland 2016 – a five-year initiative, from 2017 to 2022, which places creativity at the centre of public policy, has identified the role of the Local Authority as principally focused on Pillar 2: Enabling Creativity in Every Community. Each Local Authority must produce a five-year strategy to bring coherence to their individual culture-based strategies and to align the work of the different members of the culture team over the coming years.
As part of this process South Dublin County Council (SDCC), has identified a number of Strategic Priorities to shape and influence the Plan over the next 5 years. They would like to invite you to respond to these Strategic Priorities by attending a public consultation workshop.
