Public Consultation Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2016

South Dublin County Council has published draft Bye-Laws to control and regulate casual trading in it’s administrative area.

South Dublin County Council is running a six week Draft public consultation process from Friday 18th March to Friday 29th April 2016, inclusive. The Council is inviting interested parties to make submissions relating to the Draft Casual Trading Bye-Laws 2016.

Where can I view these Draft Bye-Laws?

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws can be viewed and downloaded online from South Dublin County Council’s Consultation Portal (consult.sdublincoco.ie)

Request a Copy

Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws will be made available on request free of charge. Please contact South Dublin County Council, County Hall, Tallaght, Dublin 24 by emailing info@sdublincoco.ie.

Public Display

A copy of the Draft Bye-Laws will be available for inspection from 18th March 2016 to 15th April 2016 at:

  • County Hall, Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24
  • Civic Offices, Clondalkin, Dublin 22

both between 9am to 5pm on Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4.30pm.

 

Copies of the Draft Bye-Laws will also be available for inspection at South Dublin County Council’s Public Libraries.

How do I make a submission?

Note: The final date for receipt of submissions is Friday 29th April 2016 at 4:00pm.

A submission can be made on South Dublin County Council’s Consultation Portal (consult.sdublincoco.ie). The new consultation portal is straight forward to use.
