Community Grants & Community Initiative Fund Information and Meetings

South Dublin County Council’s Community Services Department have announced a new grant round for the Community Grants Programme. The Community Services Team have organised Grant Information Evenings for groups to attend to find out more about the grants and ask any questions in relation to applications.

Applications open from Monday 6th March 2016

A very diverse range of support available from this fund, covering things llike: new start up grants, running costs grants, IT grants, community centre maintenance grants, summer projects grants and much more.

Community Initiative Fund

The Community Initiative Fund 2017 is a fund of €250,000 which will allow Community Groups apply for funding which is not available from any other sources. The projects should promote positive community spirit, community development and inclusion.

South Dublin County Council’s Community Services Team have organised information evenings to support community groups with their grant applications.

If you plan on attending one of the information evenings, you must RSVP to the relevant contact. 

If you cannot make one of the information evenings, you can still contact your local community officer for support with you application.
